- Casting price quotation by previously approved casting suppliers.
- Sample preparation and approval by the customer when necessary.
- Divising of the quality control plan which will ensure that the goods will meet the requirements for the whole production.
- Reviewing of the quality control files.
- Shipment and delivery of the goods.
- Analysis of NCRs, corrective actions, continuous improvement.
The quality controlled manufacturing system´s application includes various procedures in order to be able to assure the supply of different parts and subsets according to the specifications of each customer. This system has been certified under the Bureu Veritas ISO 9001-2008 regulation and basically it contains the following procedures:
