Ekartek owns a factory called Ekartek Precision Machining Co. Ltd. (EPM) located in Ningbo (China). With a total surface of 5,500m2 is able to perform various productive processes (high precision CNC machining, assembly, etc). EPM is also in charge of realizing the Quality Control previously established in a quality control plan which is specifically prepared for each different product.

Dimensional control by a 3 axis machine.
Casting quality control by ultrasonic equipment.
Casting quality control by magnetic particles equipment.
Casting quality control by penetrating liquids.
Painting quality control by salty fog machine, UV light chamber, thickness meter, etc.
Besides, if necessary, X Rays are used to check the quality of the parts
